  to remove invasive plants from our coastal dunes. The Dune Savers work wi

 the native coastal plants.\n\n**Bring:** Recommend a refillable water bott
 le\, gloves\, and closed-toed shoes.\n\n**Parking:** If you have a residen
 tial parking pass\, you can park on the street\, but the better place to p
 ark is at the at Pass-a-Grille beach between 21st Avenue and 22nd Avenue.

 nting efforts that were spearheaded by the National Football League's Envi
 ronmental Program and the Tampa Bay Reforestation and Environmental Effort
 \, Inc. (T.R.E.E.\, Inc.) This project was part of Super Bowl XLIII\, held
  on February 9\, 2009 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.\n\nOver 600 volun
 teers planted 1\,955 trees of 31 varieties (all but 3 of the 1\,955 were n
 ative) throughout the Tampa Bay Watershed. Sixty-two community organizatio
 ns and local\, state and federal governmental agencies participated in thi

DESCRIPTION:**Elizabeth Warner will speak about "What’s New at VISTA Gard
 ens\, Hillsborough County's First Garden Park"**\n\nThe presentation will 
 focus on an ecosystem restoration at VISTA (Village Institute for Sustaina
 ble Technologies and Agriculture) that included both upland and wetland ar
 eas. Literally tons of invasive plants were removed by volunteers\, and th
 ese were replaced by native plants. VISTA Gardens also created an illustra
 ted visitor guide that includes plant profiles of many of the hundred or s
 o species of native plants that were installed.\n\nThe presentation will b
 e followed by an exciting tour on Saturday\, May 16th to VISTA Gardens. Le
